The conference, which is hosted biennially, is rotated throughout all Australian States and Territories and New Zealand. The inaugural conference was held in Sydney in 1990 (and again in Sydney in 2005) and since then it has been held in Melbourne, Maroochydore, Adelaide and Christchurch New Zealand.
The conference is hosted by the leading residential tenancies authority in the jurisdiction and is attended by:
- adjudicators
- mediators
- administrators
- policy makers; and
- industry and community groups.
The ARTC biennial conference is supported by the following Courts and Tribunals:
